Before you begin
Do I need a card to start?
No. You build and open your store without any payment details.
What happens after the fifth order or day 30?
New orders pause until you choose a package; your store, products and customers stay exactly as they are. The admin stays open for 60 days to pay or download your data.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Your subscription is flat. Gateway fees are paid to Thawani directly.
Do I need a commercial registration or licence?
Building and trying need no licence. Before opening, your store asks for your e-commerce licence details, and the help centre explains the steps.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Business package up, connected at any time.
Can I take my data if I leave?
Yes, you can download all of it at any time.
